Digital Infrared Phototachometer

OMEGA's Model HHT-1 digital infrared phototachometer is designed for use on any rotating object, from engines to pulleys. The non-contact reading results in no torque loss and saves time by eliminating mechanical or electrical connections. The infrared light used is not affected by ambient light conditions and enables readings to be taken at greater distances and angles of incidence than when utilizing many other optical tachometers. The unit is self-calibrating, has separate low and high ranges for greater accuracy and standard auto memory hold and power off features. A 4-1/2 digit LCD display reads up to 20,000 RPM with 1 RPM resolution.

Each unit comes complete with carrying case, 1 spool of reflective tape for taking readings, 9V battery and operator's manual.
